A few of the cheeses at Alléosse on Rue Poncelet, one of the best affineurs (literally: ripeners) in Paris. Note that most of those in the picture are “au lait cru,” made with raw milk, which would make them of questionable legality in the United States, and in many states harder to buy than a gun.
